Delete your account
You can delete your Mokugyo account and its associated account data directly in the app.
How to delete
- Open Mokugyo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, send a request from the account email address to [email protected].
Data we delete
Your email address, username, An Mõ account profile, and Firebase authentication identity are deleted. Links between the account and notification devices or Premium access are removed.
Data that remains on your device
Practice history, goals, reminders, and personal Reader text are stored locally. Deleting your account does not erase this on-device data; you can remove the app or clear its app data in device settings if you want to remove it.
Data we may retain
We may retain minimized or hashed transaction records that are no longer linked to your account where needed for fraud prevention, refund or revocation handling, and legal compliance. These records do not contain Reader content or personal practice history.
Processing time
In-app deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. Email requests are acknowledged and processed within 30 days.
