Does the app need the internet?
No. Practice, history and the Reader work offline. A connection is used to sign in and back up, to buy or restore Premium, and for diagnostics if you allow them.
Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium is a one-time Lifetime purchase with no recurring renewal. Your Store shows local pricing and terms before you buy.
What if I change phones?
Use Restore Purchase with the same Apple Account or Google Account. If you sign in on the new device, your backed-up practice history and routines come with you; texts you wrote yourself come too only if you turned on their backup.
Does Bluetooth add latency?
It can, depending on the headset and codec. The app optimizes tap response for device speakers and wired headphones.
What should I include in a support request?
Please include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue. Never send verification codes or purchase tokens by email.
